Your key responsibilities:
• Obtain a complete picture of the Business Unit's (BU) needs, market trends and competitive environment, identifying opportunities and risks for the BU and providing strategic guidance based on the market and competition dynamics
• Develop and maintain best-in class SFE framework including Segmentation and Targeting, call planning, resource allocation and incentive plans
• Provide the BU with the adequate metrics to assess performance and drive strategic and tactical changes to maximize BU results and ensure efficacy and efficiency of resources
• Manage and coordinate the relevant projects for the BU
• Provide support on multichannel and digital initiatives relevant for the BU

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• At least 3 years of experience in business consulting with strong analytical skills and data management expertise
• Pharma Expertise is required. Hospitals and Biosimilars knowledge will be an asset.
• Fluent English and Spanish languages
• Efficient communicator; strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent project management capabilities.
• Analytical and strategic thinking - to identify the opportunities, come up with a plan, design it and implement it.
• Flexibility - to study and learn, to adapt while implementing changes in your ways of working and in the processes.
