Job Description

500 million patients were touched by Sandoz generic and biosimilar medicines in 2021 and while we’re proud of this, we know there is more we could do to continue to help pioneer access to medicines for people around the world.
In collaboration with the Executive Director (ED) and Head, Services and Operations, the Manager of PMEE Operations will provide planning and operations support for all US PMEE initiatives, with a key responsibility in FUSE Operations, oversight of non-promotional medical material review process, and SharePoint and/or Dashboard like technology-related PMEE services, congress planning and other PMEE deliverables. Drive robust operational excellence strategy in collaboration with ED, PMEE Services and Operations to implement all US Sandoz PMEE Medical strategic and tactical brand plans successfully.
Major Accountabilities
• Ensure timely and high-quality operational support for all assigned PMEE deliverables, including:
• Develop and implement a clear action plan to support the US PMEE strategy and initiatives under the oversight from ED, PMEE Services and OperationsSupport the AD, PMEE Operation in coordination of overall non-promotional materials review process for the entire Sandoz portfolio
• Ensure close collaboration with US PMEE Operations Managers as well as cross-divisional Operations teams to identify commonalities and harmonize processes, build standard methodologies, along with periodic review of processes to identify areas for improvementEnsures compliance to Sandoz/Novartis and other relevant regulations and quality standards, shares best practices and lessons learned
• Ensures execution of cross-functional project activities and tracks progress from a budget spend perspective
• Work with Procurement-to-pay department to streamline HCP engagement and other vendor related procurement processes through ongoing collaboration and communication
• Proficient in all Operations Management systems such as OneNote, SAP (SRM, VIM, SIM), and CLM
• Collaborate with colleagues within PMEE and from other Departments (e.g. Legal, Compliance, Finance, Procurement/Sourcing, Project Management, Disease Teams, Global Medical Affairs, etc.). to enhance efficiencies, share and apply standard methodologies, and ensuring compliance
• Support the preparation, review process and finalization of contracts and related documents with third parties related to the US PMEE central initiatives

Minimum Requirements

Requirements:
• BA/BS Degree
• Successful professional with minimum 3 years of relevant pharmaceutical experience, preferably within a matrix organization and with knowledge in Medical Affairs (preferred)
• Contract management experience
• Advanced Project/Program management/Medical Affairs Operations experience
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to present and interact with senior departmental management
• Prior experience in Phase IV and NIS clinical research involving biologic
