Senior Talent Partner, Sandoz, Talent Management & Leadership, Holzkirchen (near Munich) Germany.

The role maximizes the impact of talent management across Sandoz, for both associates and the organization, by executing our clear, focused and innovative Talent strategy, aligned with the People & Organization strategy.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Strengthen capability to access, grow and engage talent with the right skills and capabilities to propel our business priorities for the long-term with fewer, better solutions
• Design and execute talent products and solutions that drive Sandoz Talent strategy as an Expert with an advanced skillset
• Drive implementation of and provide thought-leadership and expert coaching to P&O colleagues in units on differentiated Talent Management solutions that align talent to value for impact
• Contribute to the execution on the Talent Strategy and its 5 interconnected big bets that are informed by business needs and endorsed by the Executive Committee and Board of Directors
• Measure the return on investment and effectiveness of talent practices and articulate opportunities for continuous improvement and higher levels of productivity

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Multiple years of proven work experience in strategic talent management and demonstrated measurable results in a consultancy or large scale multinational corporation, regardless of industry
• Proven ability to conceptualize talent interventions that drive large-scale business performance with impact, e.g., in management consulting or strategic HR roles
• Proven ability to navigate in a matrix environment and lead others without formal authority, mobilize collaboration and effective teamwork across Sandoz
• Strong senior executive engagement, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with demonstrable ability to simplify solutions and create buy-in and alignment across geographies and units
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while continually identifying linkages within the wider P&O function
• Strong business acumen and commercial mindset, interpersonal, organizational and project management skills and resilience to meet multiple priorities and deadlines
• Use of data to analyze business, talent and workforce issues and ability to tell simple, clear compelling stories. Ability to identify the root cause of problems and opportunities.

Desirable Requirements:
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills
• Minimum University Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, BA or equivalent
