Regional Anti-Bribery Risk Expert with French, Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic

2! That is the number of locations from which your team for The Third-Party Risk Management operates from. TPRM framework has been introduced to ensure that Novartis is conducting business with third parties who align to Novartis’ ethical standards. This is achieved by a robust, proportionate and proactive process to qualify and manage third parties. This is critical and by which Novartis protects their business and their patients.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Understand the Anti Bribery Due Diligence process set up and ensure an efficient execution for supplier assessments
• Closely work with key stakeholders including countries and the TPRM SD team to ensure that the Anti Bribery assessment operations are performed in alignment with the AB Third Party Guideline and the strategic directions / projects determined by the Global AB Program team
• Ensure that the Global AB Program team is informed about issues/challenges or opportunities for
• Support the TPRM team on follow-up on deviations and document final outcome where needed
• Report periodically on process performance partnering with in country stakeholders
• Assess identified red flags and work with stakeholders on mitigation and remediation actions as part of the initial assessment and the ongoing monitoring
• Seek guidance from Legal and Integrity & Compliance where needed and advice and guide countries on AB risk related queries
• Support and conduct AB risk assessments on global suppliers

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Law degree or specialization in anti-corruption
• Experience of at least 2 years in Anti-Bribery or a relevant field
• Preceding experience in Pharma, is preferable
• Fluent in English (oral and written) and French

You’ll receive:
