Talent Acquisition Administrator (m/f/d), Kundl, Tyrol

8! This is the number of Talent Acquisition Business Partners you will support in this position!

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide administrative support to the implementation of processes and standards for all Talent Acquisition aspects (screening candidates, coordinating the communication with candidates etc.)
• Contribute to various initiatives related to the implementation of recruitment and selection programs
• Assist in maintaining accurate and efficient Talent Acquisition processes (sourcing, selection, hiring) to support the dedicated client group
• Coordinate research on recruitment issues and prepare relevant reports
• Provide assistance to Talent Acquisition projects at country or BU level

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Strong data accuracy and numerical skills
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) strongly desirable
• Strong communications and presentation skills
• Fluent written and spoken English & German

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 37,756,32/year (on a full time basis). We also offer a potential market oriented excess payment in line with your experience and qualifications.
