Job Description

Responsible for the site Master Data processes aimed to ensure accurate and timely creation and maintenance of the master data in the ERP System, in accordance with local and global requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

Order management
 Registration Customer order to SHPAE. Shipping instruction to 3rd Party vendor. Delivery time management. Delivery control for stable supply, inventory tracking (WS, 3rd.)
 Controlling order numbers within the allocated numbers per shipping point during a restricted sales period.
 Creating shipping calendar for monthly order-taking/arriving-goods schedule and distribute it to BU and Customers.

Customer Relationship
 Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries; documenting actions.
 Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
 Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer’s understanding of information and answer.
 Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution

Minimum Requirements

What you will bring to the role:
•5-7 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
•Good communication skill
•Excel/Word/PPT skill
•SAP skill and knowledge (SD module preferred)
• University degree

Language:Japanese (Native level)
     English (preferred)
