7 launches in 2 years!

This role brings the opportunity to be part of the Swedish commercial oncology team and launch several new treatments for cancer and hematology patients in need over the coming years. Together with your colleagues you will be responsible for sales and marketing of hematology portfolio and the upcoming launches.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Accountable for achieving own and team’s agreed sales, productivity and performance targets; Creates and executes business plans to drive this achievement, and is responsible for brands’ strategic and tactical planning in line with company strategy and standards
• Proven ability to understand and clearly communicate scientific and economic topics
• Works independently to maintain existing clients and to develop new business opportunities; using an omni-channel approach and finding new ways how to communicate with customers
• Manages and optimizes effective allocation of resources to deliver required business results; manages area sales and expense budgets
• Manages relationships with key accounts’ decision makers, medical experts, patient associations; and other colleagues across business functions to achieve desired results
• Gathers and is updated on required information regarding the market, key competitors’ market data, pricing intelligence, key accounts etc.
• Ensures Excellency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Services; Development of patient and customer centric programs
• Complete all reporting and administrative requirements in a timely and accurate manner

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Sales and marketing experience in Oncology/Hematology or Specialty Care
• University degree in science and/or business
• Digital & Technology Savviness
• Proficient Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment with high level of cross-functional collaboration
• Strong customer focus
