Senior Promotion Manager – Oncology/ Breast Cancer, woj. zachodniopomorskie oraz wielkopolskie

Responsible for key account management at a local level. Manage the business relationship and activities with key accounts in order to foster and extend the relationship and obtain the sales target.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Driving sales, promotion and development in the designated accounts to reach commercial goals
• Develop customer development strategy, dedicated KAM action plans for assigned accounts, aligns on account objectives and executes.
• Establish and develop long-term relationships with key customers as well as expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs & objectives.
• Lead the preparation of strategies and individual tactical plans and to give strategic input in terms of analysis, future potential and key programs required for the accounts
• Prepare and negotiate contracts, and guide initiatives that the company launches to target particular account
• Analyze market situation including competitive intelligence activities on key accounts and key competitors as well as organize customer events and other programs independently or with marketing/medical department, in line with agreed business tactical plans
• Contribute to the mapping of stakeholders, including segmentation and profiling and provide accurate and timely data for the Novartis CRM system as well as be responsible for driving the sales operations plan and for achieving agreed sales and broader performance targets for own part of the organization.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential:

• Fluent in Polish language and English language on working level.
• Driving license category B
• Desirable minimum 1 year experience in the hospital market / drug programs in Oncology, ideally in breast cancer area.
• Strategic mind- set and innovation approach
• Clinical Trial Design, Data Review & Reporting
• Handling quality metrics & issues
• Innovative & Analytical Technologies
• Key account management experience
• Sales experience in multinational companies
• Team management experience is preferred, ability to build the partnership
