Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Taking an active role in a dynamic environment, demonstrating a high degree of collaboration, curiosity & integrity with true passion to make an impact
• Acting as a finance business partner for a Franchise, co-owning the delivery of our objectives by deeply connecting with our business & customers, providing meaningful data-driven insights & recommendations on customers & products to Franchise & top management
• Delivering high quality short & long-term financial planning & performance analyses along the full P&L (sales, costs, profit), linking back operational execution to strategic growth ambitions. Driving resource allocation processes and key contributor to business case development, while identifying risk & opportunities for the Franchise
• Building & sustaining best-in-class analytical processes including the usage of artificial intelligence and data analytics; supporting adoption of digital solutions and among stakeholders in marketing, sales, supply chain, accounting
• Maintaining compliance and internal control standards, ensuring material risks are monitored and appropriate controls designed

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Proficient with Office tools (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint) and analytical tools (e.g. SAP BI, Qlik)
• Demonstrated analytical skills and critical thinking
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in French and English

Minimum Requirements

Desirable requirements:
•Master’s degree in finance (Bac +5); professional qualifications a plus (CPA/MBA)
•4+ years of relevant experience in Accounting / Finance; prior experience in audit, consulting and/or FMCG industry preferred
