Based on our understanding of cancer at the molecular, cellular and organismal levels, Translational Clinical Oncology or TCO will design and execute innovative exploratory clinical trials in order to develop the next generation of highly effective therapeutics that transform the lives of patients with cancer.

As a Clinical Trial Leader you will be leading the global multidisciplinary matrix Clinical Trial Team (CTT) to ensure all trial deliverables are met.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• You will lead the clinical protocol development process in collaboration with the Clinical Program Leader (CPL)
• You will lead and matrix manage the global multidisciplinary Clinical Trial Team to ensure all trial deliverables are met according to timelines and budget
• Coordinating the real time availability of quality clinical trial data, including safety, efficacy and pharmacokinetic data
• Conducting the ongoing medical/scientific review of clinical trial data

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Advanced degree or equivalent education/degree in life science/healthcare strongly recommended.
• ≥ 4 years technical, operational and managerial experience in planning, executing, reporting and publishing clinical studies in a pharmaceutical company or contract research organization
• Good knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, clinical trial design, statistics, regulatory processes, and global clinical development process.
• Basic knowledge of oncology and/or hematology, or experience in early clinical development preferred.
• Hands-on experience in data reviewing and analysis is ideal
• Good communication, writing and organization and skills, fluent in English written and spoken.
