Job Description

Support and facilitate data enabled decision making for Novartis internal customers by providing and communicating qualitative and quantitative analytics.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Deliver services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication
• Ensure deliverables for quality and accuracy are of the highest order. On-time project delivery within stipulated deadlines
• Support in creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Support in developing and maintaining knowledge repositories that gathers qualitative and quantitative reports
• Submit periodic reports and discounts reconciliations, responsible for discount/refund internal process (according to Membership Plan POP -Patient Oriented Program- SOP by country); system and UX periodic risk evaluation, management and improvement; POP KPIs follow up
• Collaborate with Trade on distributor, pharmacy and key accounts on boarding and roles assigned related to Membership Plan POP affiliation and follow up
• Ensure content library available to be delivered by Membership Plan POP
• Revalidate and renew POP regulation and guidelines during POP implementation time (monthly and annual frequency), update processes and approval new processes required

Minimum Requirements

• Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Advertising or similar degree
• Project management experience
• Advanced English and Excel
• Knowledge in Alteryx, Tableau, Data Science
• Great coordination and leadership (internal/external processes follow up)
• Problem-solve oriented
• Good communication skills
