Your key responsibilities
• Accountable to plan and deliver the program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization.
• Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization and that they comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards.
• Work with individual project managers to establish plans and goals for each project and ensures completeness and accuracy of all projects and current status, including KPI tracking.
• Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program activities and take appropriate action to control the risks.
• Minimize waste and reduce costs, by identifying tasks that are common to a number of projects and ensure that teams do not duplicate work.
• Initiates, Drives and Supports Life Cycle process improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

What you will bring to the role
• Degree in Science or Business Administration.
• Excellent command of English with a second language preferred.
• 5-10 years within similar role and complexity.
• Good communication skills, proactivity, self initiative.
• Ability to operate in a global matrix environment.
