Senior Project Manager (f/m/d), Sandoz Development Center, Kundl, Austria

40! The number of projects managed by this international and diverse project management team. As a Senior Project Manager you will lead teams across the globe and bring products to life. With the full end-to-end responsibility for your portfolio you will have a big footprint in Sandoz' strategy and will strive for global patient access.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Management of multiple simultaneous global development projects with competing priorities
• Deliver projects and programs on time, within budget and with high quality
• Manage project changes in line with Sandoz’ strategy
• Lead internal and external project teams
• Present at management boards and ensure effective stakeholder management
• Coach project management colleagues and contribute to stakeholder initiatives as a representative for project or Global iPM organization

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Scientific academic degree (PhD or equivalent, preferably natural science)
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience within pharmaceutical industry
• Profound experience in project management (>10 years) and in leading cross-functional teams in a global, multicultural environment
• Project management certification
• Fluency in English

Desirable requirements:
• Knowledge of German language

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 69.735,96/year (on a full time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
