Key Account Manager, Neurology, Silesia and Opole area, Poland

Your key responsibilities:

• Driving promotion and development in the designated accounts to reach commercial goals. Develop customer development strategy, dedicated KAM action plans for assigned accounts, aligns on account objectives and executes.
• Establish and develop long-term relationships with key customers. Acquire a detailed understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs and objectives.
• Lead the preparation of strategies and individual tactical plans and to give strategic feedback in terms of analysis, future potential and key programs required for the accounts.
• Analyze market situation including competitive intelligence activities on key accounts & key competitors.
• Coordinate customer events and other programs independently or with marketing/medical department, in line with agreed business tactical plans.
• Contribute to the mapping of stakeholders, including segmentation and profiling and provide accurate and timely data for the Novartis CRM system.
• Responsible for establishing and implementing a business plan for the accounts
• Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.

Minimum Requirements

From the candidate we require:

• A minimum 3 years of experience in the hospital market/drug program
• Life sciences Degree
• Results oriented person
• Driving license B and willingness to travel
• High level of personal integrity and ethics in action
• Proactivity, readiness to define plans and operational goals, commitment, regularity in action, effective communication and cross-functional cooperation
• High level of independence and creativity
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop further

Desirable requirements:
• Neurology area knowledge will be an advantage
• Communicative English level will be a plus
