Job Description

Your key responsibilities
• Represent the site in cross-functional project teams led from global / regional functions, e.g. Product Launches, Program Management Teams to ensure the coordination of all activities at site level.
• Support preparation of business cases incl. financial evaluation (ROI, NPV), provide - reports/updates, to facilitate Management decision-making on life cycle activities.
• Define and establish the submission and implementation strategy with all responsible stakeholders (e.g. Regulatory, Planning) during initiation phase in alignment with the NTO strategy unless in the lead of a global/regional function. As part of the submission and implementation strategy drive the agreement on the change request strategy and ensure that the project related change requests in the corresponding change control system are maintained in an adequate status as required by the processes.
• Set-up the project charter, status report and baseline planning in PRONTO. Drive the definition of project milestones for projects managed by the LCM and ensure project implementation is done according to the agreed timelines.
• Ensure escalation pathway is followed for projects with problem status and ensure information flow to CPO’s and sites together with the responsible function, e.g. Customer Service Coordinator, to reflect baseline planning and updates to plans in SAP.
• Identify potential risks and elaborate contingency plans as appropriate, communicate project progress and deviations as per project responsibility
• Align inventory level for launch products with responsible function.
• Ensure project is implemented according to defined strategy and ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements (including record management) and continuous improvement of quality relevant processes within area of responsibility.

Minimum Requirements

What you will bring to the role
• Minimum university (BSc) degree in natural & technical sciences or economic & social sciences.
• 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Fluent in English.
