Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Accountable to Project Management and movement of large number of processes from multiple countries into another requires amongst other skills detailed planning, diligent execution, resource management, reporting, risk management and ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Stakeholder engagement requires influencing and engaging with stakeholders across cultures and time zones, build partnerships to determine win-win outcomes, and hold all parties accountable to the broader business outcomes.
• Hands on to Transition Management, transition will require data driven analysis and decision making to identify opportunities. Preparation would require managing workshops for as-is assessment, creating knowledge repository, resource planning and detailing transition success journey
• Closely supervised and ensure minimal disruption of services or loss of knowledge and the post transition period of hyper care and stabilization, with help of metrics and transparent conversations would help build trust
• Strives to work on Improvements/Standardization Processes, transitioned from multiple locations will need to be consolidated and efficiency released via analysis of harmonization opportunities and time bound implementation of such initiatives
• Strong experience of one or more of the following: delivering efficiency, improvement programs like LEAN, automation using contemporary technology, or transformation

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Initiate and mobilize the transition project teams across service delivery locations, value streams and enabling functions impacting H2R Services and Lead and handle the delivery of the project including strategic operational design, project governance; change leadership and benefits delivery
• Plan activities to ensure optimal project execution and use of organizational resources, including adherence to project methodology (GATE /ICE as applicable)
• Ensure established communication issue and change management processes are followed and Prepare vital materials for Leadership, Steering Committees, Customer Boards
• Arrange and facilitate transition achievement events and assist the leadership team by identifying possible solutions to the challenges that emerge within a respective country (Collaboration with the CSMs, H2R Leaders and identified country processing teams)
• Standard methodologies are implemented for future transitions and Collaborate with PMO peers from other NGSCs to ensure delivery model effectiveness and efficiency
• Propose and drive new ways of working to meet business needs and improve individual and team performance and Manage and motivate the transition team for desired levels of performance and deliverable quality
• Strong Working exposure to a CRM tool and HCM Systems like SAP, Workday or Success Factors as a master data administration and Org Management resource

Desirable requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education with Excellent verbal and written English language skills with exposure and experience in driving programs like LEAN, Automation and multiple transformation programs
• 15+ years of experience with over all exposure to HR Shared Services environment, HR Transition Project management experience, PMP or Agile Certification would be an added advantage
