Join our MS&T team in our Global Operational Center where you will be working closely with our different sites around the globe.

Your key responsibilities:
• Coordinate & manage project for a smooth knowledge transfer activity from site/ function to GOC.
• Act as single point of contact for the services delivered to sites/ functions by the respective team, including the review of feedback and timely completion of identified actions.
• Ensure services are delivered on time and in line with partner and Novartis MS&T requirements
• General project management for implementation of projects across sites.
• Support validation (process validation, ongoing validation etc.) for selected products and report related to technical changes.
• Support on transport / shipping verification procedures.
• Coordinates the execution of the study with respective functions. Collects results and creates reports. Accountable for site support during audits.
• Collection of information from site to evaluate best options for site allocation of launches/transfers.

Minimum Requirements

What you will bring to the role:
• BSc. in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry or equivalent scientific degree. Desirable MSc. or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including expertise in manufacturing ot other relevant experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Good communicational skills.
