The role will build and execute sales plans in complex environments while putting customer support at the heart of business delivery for their chosen therapy area.

Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Ensuring in-depth knowledge of company products, technical information, product strategy, positioning, key messages and programmes. Able to fluidly communicate on these subjects and build stakeholder engagement to drive business targets accordingly
• Able to get up to speed with assigned accounts by managing commercial programmes and agreements
• Understands and advises on appropriate pricing and discount structures. Our ideal candidate will have excellent discretion and a strong sense of the sales budget and company’s processes
• Using Analytics and up to date information, identifies commercial threats and opportunities on the market on patch and at country level
• Understands and communicates implications of the commercial programme. Liaising with sales personnel, supply chain, marketing and finance to drive workflow.
• Works with impact to create effective and supportive relationships across customers and internal stakeholders
• Maintains a best-in-class standard of work by upholding the AAA company policies and procedures and ABPI Code of Practice.


What you’ll bring to the role:

• Extensive experience working within Pharma and ideally within Oncology
• 5 + year’s experience in selling specialist secondary care products
• Expertise at building and maintaining customer relationships in a hybrid model of virtual and face to face contact
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills
• Driver’s license
