As a Life Cycle Manager you will be responsible to drive the end to end project management activities in the area of drug substances, while coordinating life cycle phases with different stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities:
• Building and leading local and/or global cross-functional project teams if the leadership role is not carried out by the global/regional function, and thereby ensuring appropriate time-to-market for all ongoing life cycle management activities / execution of all the ongoing life cycle management activities.
• Participation in cross-functional project teams led by the global/regional function, e.g. product launches, program management teams, thereby ensuring coordination of all the activities at the site level.
• Driving the evaluation, and defining project scope and objectives, unless the leadership role is performed by the local / global team.
• Providing support with the preparation of business cases, including financial evaluation (Return on Investments, Net Present Value), providing reports/data updates to facilitate decision-making on product life cycle activities by the management team.
• Defining and establishing the submission and implementation strategy with all the responsible stakeholders (e.g. regulatory approvals, planning).
• Defining and establishing a master data strategy jointly with the Master Data Governance (MDG) to ensure timely master data modeling for all life cycle projects and ensure that the projects are implemented in accordance with the agreed time schedule.
• Identifying potential risks, and creating contingency plans as needed, communicating project progress and deviations in accordance with the project responsibility.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Minimum university (BSc) degree in natural & technical sciences or economic & social sciences.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, including at least 2 years experience in various pharmaceutical functions e.g. supply chain / production and / or technical development.
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills, proactivity, self initiative.
• Ability to operate in a global matrix environment.
