Job Description

4 million Canadians have had a migraine. It is estimated that 14% of the world’s population have suffered from migraine at some point. This is a unique opportunity to join a customer centric team and to transform the customers experience by helping them provide optimal care to patients suffering from Migraine.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Promote Novartis’ portfolio and services by providing the latest, relevant and authorized data, key messages & disease information to the right customer at the right time, to support HCP decision making & optimize patient outcomes in an ethical way.
• Leverage all available data sources to create, dynamically prioritize and adapt relevant territory and customer engagement plans.
• Maintain a deep and current knowledge of industry, therapeutic area, competitor and buyer dynamics and focus effort on priority customer opportunities
• Leverage advanced customer engagement skills to deliver high quality customer interactions and maximize customer experience for the benefit of patients.
• Behave ethically, comply with regulatory requirements and adhere to Novartis values and behaviours.

The territory is Montreal (South Shore), Trois-Rivières, Sherbrooke and Quebec City.,

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• A Bachelor degree in any area of study.
• Sales foundational knowledge (healthcare, disease, product, competition), account management / negotiation skills with an omni channel customer approach (knowledge/platform skills) and customer experience management & stakeholder engagement (internal /external).
• Excellence in execution, communication and advanced interaction skills (verbal, non-verbal, influencing and objection handling, conflict resolution).
• Solid understanding of field force operation & execution and business insights (including technical platform, analytics, & structured thinking).
• High level of resilience and interpersonal savvy.
• Strong desire for continuous active learning.
• Bilingual: French and English.
