The Associate Director, PSS Product Management, Enterprise Solutions is responsible for creating and managing digitally enabled products within a portfolio of enterprise application solutions that help Novartis employees help patients and the doctors who help them start and stay on their specialty medications. He/she will also gather feedback to inform key features, functionality, and overall product roadmap. This candidate will need to approach product management through frequent, agile iterations that continuously deliver more value.

This position can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S. (there may be some exceptions based on legal entity registration). Please note that this role would not provide relocation as a result. The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Plan and deliver digitally enabled products and services within a portfolio of solutions that serve our Novartis employees and the doctors who help them start and stay on therapy on their specialty medications
• Manage omnichannel customer engagement platform and agent assist tools, including voice, web, mobile, text messaging, & others
• Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and defining product scope
• Oversee team that develops business and technical requirements – SalesForce, AWS, Genesys
• Gather feedback from employees, industry and competitors to inform new features, functionality, and product roadmap
• Use analytics, testing, research and competitive analysis to contribute to the building of product roadmap, design user-centered products and measure product success
• Approach product management with a spirit of frequent, agile iterations that deliver more value continuously
• Collaborate and support managing cross functional relationships including legal, regulatory, security, compliance, UX/UI designers, market research, architecture, engineering, and franchise teams

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred

Required Experience:
• At least 8 years of product management experience in healthcare, life sciences, financial services or other complex, highly regulated consumer business
• 3+ years of progressive business experience in the biopharmaceutical, payer, pharmacy benefits manager or healthcare industry with broad understanding of pharmaceutical sales, marketing, reimbursement and patient services
• Demonstrated experience successfully delivering high impact digital products and services
• Managing products that combine digital and human experiences into something that delights enterprise employees using a wide variety of techniques, such as rules-based decision engines, workflow engines, machine learning and artificial intelligence
• In-depth knowledge of CRM, telephony, omnichannel communications platforms, healthcare protocols and US healthcare system processes
• Designing and launching a new product
• Takes a problem-solving approach when faced with challenging or difficult situations
• Effective management and execution skills, including change management on projects/programs
• Experienced in establishing and cultivating relationships; able to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and partners across the organization
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, work in a fast-paced team environment, and handle multiple projects and tasks
• Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions and implement recommendations for resolution
• Uses diverse and varied approaches to persuade, negotiate and influence operational decisions
• This position will require 15% travel
