Job Description

As a Project Controller you will be responsible for providing support for project controlling & services, contract management in support of the execution of investment projects in accordance with the law, internal regulations, good practices, and business objectives.

Your key responsibilities:
• Support Project Controlling Process (time, costs, resourcing, scope changes) in line with the Project Roadmap and the relevant gate keeping processes covering tracking and forecasting.
• Gather statistical data for future use (benchmarking).
• Use of standardised tools to support project controlling and project portfolio management processes.
• Support project managers that all live major projects comply to the agreed process and for providning project procurement support (contract management).
• Support project managers that relevant information for the budgeting process within TechOps is made available in time (Budgeting, reporting, phasing) and that adequate project controlling resoureces are suplied (own, 3rd party) to implement agreed Investment projects.
• Invoice Checking within dedicated project controlling on investment projects.
• Support implementation of new IT systems and changes from the business environment in the unit.
• Responsibilty for archiving technical, project and other legal documentation of the unit and for the coordination of associates according to the ISEC requirements.

Minimum Requirements

What you will bring to the role:
• University degree in economics, natural&technical or other relevant sciences.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and Slovenian. Knowledge of German language is an advantage.
• At least 2 years working experiences on project controlling/planning, analysis and reporting on projects or in the field of procurement and contract operations.
• Analytical / data interpretation skills.
