Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• The Director of Digital Media Capabilities Center is responsible for overseeing, developing, and implementing digital communications programs for key Communications & Engagement (C&E) partners across external channels, Pharma and Oncology teams.
• Leads a team of digital media specialists and coordinates decision-making at the individual digital campaign level, identifying and mitigating roadblocks, socializing campaigns and results. Deliver consistent and engaging digital campaigns to key audiences via digital media Platforms.
• Leads the implementation of digital campaigns and projects for C&E Oncology and Pharma Teams and supports activation of social media campaigns across external digital platforms to meet business objectives.
• Develops and implements activation plan, and objectives in support of Oncology and Pharma objectives in close collaboration with key C&E partners. Serves as a trusted digital media advisor to C&E senior leaders across the function and key business stakeholders.
• Accountable for driving and delivering strategic communications campaigns. Collaborates with senior communications leaders and franchise leads on content that supports and enhances our product brands.
• Coordinate across teams and key business stakeholders to drive efficiency and alignment. Implement analytics and audience insights to develop, improve and measure the impact of campaigns.
• Advise key business stakeholders of reputational risks associated with social media Campaigns. Ensure campaigns are aligned to the Novartis brand and fully consistent with the evolving legal, regulatory, and compliance environment.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• 15+yrs of experience leading a diverse workload, managing day-to-day work with multiple teams and key business stakeholders.
• Advanced decision-making skills with proven track record to drive direction and alignment within a team and in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).
• Strong understanding of social media best practices. Experience delivering and implementing engaging campaigns across social media platforms.
• Consistent track record of driving engagement of priority audiences, adoption of new ideas, concepts, developing novel campaign strategy, and tactical approaches.
