15 million people visit Novartis websites each year and out intranet platforms reach more than 100,000 associates around the world.

Our audiences rely on these channels to discover how we are reimagining medicine and access a wealth of inspirational content and services in more than 25 languages.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day channel management and publishing process, and execution of paid/organic campaigns across external and internal corporate, country, and executive digital channels.
• Review all channel content submissions for quality, compliance, and checks against legal guardrails and brand guidelines.
• Actively manages channels for trends and opportunities to improve channel presence and impact.
• Collaborates with the campaign team to ensure paid media campaigns are properly executed and optimized across platforms.
• Oversees publishing by contractors or shared services, ensuring scalability and efficiency across channels.
• Coordinates with Campaign and Editorial teams to agree channel publishing schedules.
• Maintains content submission processes and associated systems including SharePoint, Digital Asset Management (DAM) and ticketing tools. Digital governance and channel excellence.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• In-depth knowledge of social media and web platforms (current and emerging)
• 8+ years of experience using social media management tools (Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Advertising/Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Sprinklr)
• 5+ years of Experience using website content management systems and other content frameworks (Drupal and SharePoint knowledge useful).
• Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, proven ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector (regulations, compliance, requirement).
