The core of this role is to provide an enhanced level of leadership and support to manage business process implementations in ERP systems (changes, enhancements as well as new solutions), train and support users, identify areas of improvement and develop and promote respective solutions.

Your key responsibilities:
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and understanding of processes related to assigned topics, document the processes in the form of SOP, Working Instruction and/or Training Materials
• Participate and/or lead projects for implementation of new/ modified functionality, SAP modules, interfaces with other IT applications
• Ensure business data consistency by regular monitoring of ERP/SAP application interfaces, batch and print jobs
• Work as a global community to share ideas and best practices, participate in global/regional initiatives of ERP SCM Domain and represent Order Management & International trade (OMIT). Maintain good working relationship with Super Users of affiliates and sites
• Support training management concept to ensure appropriate ERP training for end users and maintain knowledge retention of SAP expertise
• Ensure that OMIT roles in ERP are designed to provide end-users with proper authorizations for fulfilling their daily operations and avoid segregation of duties conflicts
• Conduct assessments to identify need for training and documentation needs (identify systemic issues, skill/process gaps) and later, develop action programs and coordinate implementation for improving the processes
• Ensure compliance with GxP, InControl and regulatory requirements and continuous improvement of relevant processes within area of responsibility

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Higher education (Bachelor or Master degree) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, Industrial Engineer- ing or Science (Chemistry, Pharmacy). Additional SAP trainings (internal and/or external)
• 3+ years of Project management experience, as pro- ject lead. Ideally in x-functional projects and in Healthcare industry
• 7+ years of experience in a Supply Chain, Finance or IT role. Preferably in Health Care, Con- sumer Goods, Chemical; and experience in SAP usage as advanced user knowledge and/or Super User experience
• Proficient level of English is a must and German preferred. Knowledge of additional language is an advantage
• Well structured, good analytical and conceptual thinking. Strong process-orientation incl. ability to define and document business processes
