Supply Manager B2B (f/m/d), Sandoz B2B, Kundl, Austria

>420m patient treatments in 2020, USD 500m+ managed sales today, >200 partners with a reach of >70 markets globally, B2B is a global, customer facing unit that operates with a strong Gx mindset to deliver Enterprise Value

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Implementation of a strong Supply Management function for Partner Label & API products (order tracking, allocations, escalations)
• Act as main interface between Technical and Commercial Operations
• Mitigate/ Eliminate negative impacts resulting from supply fluctuations
• Further strengthen collaboration between Commercial Operations and Technical Operations
• Support PL growth Contribution to efficiency gains by optimized line utilizations (enabled by a close collaboration across functions)
• Support of new business initiatives and Launches
• Define and align Supply Chain Setups with global and local stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• University degree in life sciences, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
• Experience in a variety of Supply Chain and Data analysis roles within different stages of supply chain processes, for large multi-national organizations
• High degree of competence in SAP (preferably MM, SD and/or PP), Data analysis and performance measurement and improvement
• Broad knowledge of business processes within the pharmaceutical industry including planning, order fulfilment, capacity and supply planning, master data and life-cycle management
• Fluency in English and German as a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Business Mindset
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills

Desirable requirements:
• Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing business environment
• Excellence in project management and change management

For this position the minimum salary is € 63.388,92/year (on a full time basis).
