Contribute to building of a strong corporate brand internally and externally. Support development of the brand story, identity, guidelines, and assets. Guide the implementation of the brand strategy through training, campaigns and projects across channels.

Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Project manage the development of the brand identity (story, voice, visuals...) including managing schedules and timelines, set up approval processes, prepare and maintain up to date progress reports, etc.
• Support the development of brand guidelines, samples, and templates
• Development of brand education and training materials for internal teams and agencies
• Advise and support internal teams and agencies with the design and development of creative assets for global brand programs, campaigns, and digital projects to achieve a consistent brand identity across business areas and functions
• Run periodically brand audits to assess the overall execution of the brand standards
• Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with internal and external stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts
• Familiar with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies and comfortable using design software: Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Min. 5 years working experience (creative direction, brand management, visual design ...)
• Proven project management skills and strong time management and organisation capabilities
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong relationship building skills in a cross-functional, highly matrixed global environment
• Fluency in English required, German is a plus
