Job Description

The role is accountable to deliver within the LDC Program Framework the Change, Communications and Learning areas of the country program. They will be the point person for the Global LDC Deployment team, driving all activities and deliverables related to Change & Engagement, Comms and Learning, for example the end-to-end Change & Engagement plan for the country which will include communication and learning activities. This will enable a joined up approach to delivering successful change adoption in country for LDC.


Key Activities

Accountable for delivering LDC Change and Engagement plan and approach in country aligned to LDC Global Change and Engagement Framework ​

Accountable for driving associate adoption in country through partnering with LDC, functional and wider team ​

Partnering with LDC Global C&E Partner and CTS Change Lead to leverage change framework and toolkit to deliver adoption.​

Reporting to LDC Country Lead to provide strategic change and engagement guidance​

Developing and owning change and engagement plan for country (including comms & learning plans and execution responsibility and/or liaison with relevant stakeholders to ensure delivery)​

Developing and owning change and engagement plan for country (including comms & learning plans and execution responsibility and/or liaison with relevant stakeholders to ensure delivery)

Aligning of Country plans into overall LDC deployment plan, including regular updates and risk / issue management ​

Driving stakeholder management with Country Lead, providing guidance and support as required ​

Identifying Country communication needs and working with Global LDC Comms Lead & Country Communication Manager to deliver appropriate communication plans and delivery ​

Deliver and execute change & engagement deliverables, including change impact assessments, action plans and associated change activities for successful go-live and user adoption. ​

Identifying and setting up local change network (inc. super users) & liaising with CTS Change Agents​

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree from related departments

Fluent in English and local dialect to be able to develop and deliver relevant communication materials

Good command of MS Office application

Strong analytical skills with leadership presence

Team player and strong communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environmenT

Team working and customer oriented mindset

Experience of leading and delivering a change, communications and learning engagement on a program, ERP would be advantageous.

Strong stakeholder engagement at all levels of an organisation

Experience in managing learning needs which cover process, ways of working and technology

Experience in set up and management of change networks

Good understanding of business and change readiness

Experienced working with global teams in a virtual setup

Pragmatic and hands-on approach, with focus on delivery of change, comms and learning content which drives associate adoption in country
