Your key responsibilities:
• Establish and lead cross-functional teams involving all stakeholders (Portfolio Management, SCM Demand Planning, Technology Platform Strategy, MS&T, Quality, Finance & Operations, etc.) to ensure transparency of information, alignment on assumptions and plans for the entire Large Molecules portfolio and provide best recommendations for capacity allocation / development to optimize business objectives.
• Facilitate and continuously develop the E2E LTDCP governance process for the entire Large Molecules (i.e. Biologics and Non-biologics, aseptics products) portfolio.
• Work collaboratively as part of the central LTDCP team to ensure a single, consolidated, NTO view of demand and capacity is available as per the NTO strategic plan timelines.
• Improve and maintain long term demand and capacity models and tools to enable efficient and accurate capacity assessment including in response to major changes in customers, products or manufacturing network assumptions.
• Ensure alignment with the overall manufacturing and product strategy for the Large Moleclules portfolio.
Ensure alignment between capacity plan (LTDCP), long term financial plan (LTP) and unit cost plan (TPC Roadmaps) assumptions, and actively work on closing gaps within the Large Molecules Operations platform.
• Ensure alignment on process and information with all the functions involved in the IBP strategic projects and product review steps for the entire Large Molecules portfolio (e.g. Engineering/Quality for Network Strategic Project Review; Portfolio management, MS&T/Quality for LCM Product Review).
• Perform capacity and product cost assessment and scenario planning to enable efficient decision making for allocation of products to DS and DP supply points for the Large Molecules. Advise and support SPLs and/or TPLs in preparing/reviewing all relevant information to enable the Supply Point Committee / Supply Point Board and other relevant governance bodies (e.g. Technical Development Boards, Localization Boards) to make clinical and/or commercial manufacturing site decisions.
• Perform capacity and impact analysis (including on product costs) to support strategic decision-making on new capacity investment (E-CAR), product insourcing (in the frame of BD&L deals), tech transfers or other major process variations (reviewed in Technical Development Boards for pipeline products or PRB for NonPro requests), and other decision making forums/ workstreams.

Minimum Requirements

What you will bring to the role:
• Technical/Scientific (preferably Biotech MSc or PhD) and/or Business degree (MBA).
• 10+ yrs multi / cross functional experience.
• Business fluent knowledge of English (other languages are a plus).
• Previous work in international and multidisciplinary global TechOps teams and broad operational experience, with an understanding of production process of biologics and aseptic fill & finish processes, if not, within a highly regulated environment.
• Demonstrated change management and process management experience. Advanced planning skills and expert skills.
• Proven, strong track record in strategic thinking, result orientation and project management.
