Your key responsibilities:
• Serve as customer’s advocate ensuring good customer relations and a high customer service level, facilitating communication to customers and vendors in alignment with various functions including NPhS Credit Management , NTO network, Supply Chain and local commercial teams.
• Be responsible for the order placement and order management within SAP and work to solve issues on open orders and escalate promptly as required.
• Assess anticipated delivery dates of open orders for the month and ensure communication to involved functions.
• Ensure compliance of all activities in accordance with GxP and NFCM requirements (e.g. archiving of documents, ensuring timely training completion).
• Preparation of documents related to the order (e.g. Letter of Credit, export documents).
• Coordination with various function to ensure timely support of launches and life cycle activities as required.

Minimum Requirements

What you will bring to the role:
• Formal education in technical or business related area.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Supply Chain.
• English – fluent written and spoken.
• SAP knowledge.
• Proven ability to work within a rapidly changing and complex business environment.
• Strong sense of Customer focus.
