As FRA Analyst (m/f/d) you will be responsible for organizing and performing accounting activities to ensure proper record-keeping, quality and timely information for the requirements of process management and decision making in accordance with the law, internal regulations, good practices and business objectives.

Your key responsibilities:
• Management of customer master data.
• Posting and reconciliation of bank statements.
• Cash application, reconciliation of customer accounts and customer dunning process.
• Calculation and posting of bad debt provision.
• Internal control execution and account reconciliation process. KPI monitoring.
• Creation of reports for internal and external reporting and auditing, preparation of guidelines and work instructions.
• Participation in process optimization, development and implementation of new tools in Order to Cash area and on other projects in Novartis.
• Responsibility for supporting the Export markets, good collaboration with the customers and other functions within the company.

Minimum Requirements

What you will bring to the role:
• University degree in economics & finance or other equivalent degree.
• 2-5 years of working experience in accounting and book-keeping.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Accuracy, self-initiative, responsiveness and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fast paced, quickly changing work environment.
• Ability to operate in a global matrix environment.
