Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Support the team in the development of Talent Acquisition (TA) strategic objectives.
• Support and implement efficient and cost-effective recruitment and selection programs that are in line with corporate TA guidelines to source top talents.
• Maintain accurate and efficient TA process (sourcing, selection, hiring) to support dedicated client group.
• Provide services covering specific areas of Recruitment, including organizational resourcing needs analysis, recruitment market trends analysis, candidate selection, vendor management, analysis of Recruitment metrics, and/or other Recruitment services.
• Develop and conduct analysis/research on recruitment issues and provide recommendations to resolve Line Management issues.
• Contribute to TA Projects at country or BU level

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Graduate or Post-graduate Degree with minimum 4 years of proven experience in full life-cycle recruitment (in-house/agency), preferably within Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.
• Proficient in talent recruitment and talent engagement tools and channels (i.e. social media/LinkedIn, application tracking software and etc.) and able to source passive candidate through these channels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated proficiency in understanding organizational culture and ability to establish relationships both externally and internally.
• High energy, agile, articulate and has a strategic mindset, with the ability to be assertive as and when required.
• Ability to work independently and self driven.
• Proficient in Korean and English language (written and spoken).
