Thanks to our key launch brand that represents novel therapeutic approach using RNA technology to reduce LDL cholesterol. We will partner with the Government, Payers, and Scientific Societies to help achieve this goal.

As a Lead of Patient Journey Acceleration you will act as the strategic business partner and advisor for the cardio franchise with the objective to accelerate patients' journeys. Together with the team, you will co-design the strategy, develop and implement innovative solutions that will support the strategy. You will play a role in designing and implementing a new commercial partnership (NCP) model for the Czech Republic with the aim to accelerate the patient journey and solve/address specific pain points for our customer. Your ultimate goal is to accelerate time to treatment, ensure the best possible customer experience and overall better public health.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Develops a business transformation strategy for cardio, aligned with the Country priorities and Global, Regional, and Cluster requirements; Builds a strategic vision and plans for the acceleration of the Patient Journey in the cardio franchise
• Co-defines and drives new commercial partnerships with external stakeholders in order to change the treatment strategies in cardiology; ensures that plans/strategies accommodate the changes taking place in the market and respond to customer needs
• Maps the best proven patient journey solutions and builds a catalogue of solutions that is fit for purpose
• Works on the standardization of the customer offer, based on the product lifecycle and patient journey phase
• Identifies and implements new ways to accelerate the patient journey through solutions for a differentiated customer experience, these being innovative marketing concepts such as partnerships, customer services and use of new technologies / digital, digital medicines
• Inspires as a leader and acts as an advisor identifying trends, participating in industry forums and events, and evaluating competitive offerings
• Builds, leads, and coaches a team of 2-3 field PJA Managers to implement and execute the strategies and identified solutions

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• University degree in bioscience, medicine, business, and/or economics, MBA preferred
• Extensive experience in sales & marketing, medical and/or market access function within pharmaceutical industry; experience in functional and/or matrix leadership
• Strong stakeholders management, excellent communication skills, and strategic and lateral thinking
• Influencing skills, interpretation and efficient communication of sophisticated information
• Result focus with high integrity; Eye for business beyond finance
• Determination to build extensive internal and external networks to enable and accelerate digital innovation
• Proficiency in English and Czech languages
