As a Brand Manager in Novartis, you will be the person who crafts the brand’s outward image and perception; you will develop and deploy a cross functional omnichannel strategy in a close collaboration with other Novartis teams.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Develops brand strategy, promotional campaigns & tactical plans within marketing budgets
• Runs market research programs & market insights for responsible brand and monitors /anticipates market development
• Responsible for execution, monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans in order to ensure the growth of the brand(s)
• Leads the cross functional teams, including co-ordination of Integrated Product Strategy Plan, and supervising the execution of objectives
• Owns the development of promotional activities in line with internal and Code of Conduct guidelines
• Monitors and controls brand budgets, forecasts and expenses; and assesses the marketing mix of the product to evaluate efficiency and results
• Identifies area market insights and opportunities via customer interactions

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Marketing/Brand professional (inside/outside Healthcare); highly-valued previous experience in Dermatology and/or Consulting
• Strategic approach in combination with operational experience for turning strategy into executional precision in an omnichannel environment
• Analytical skills for ensuring the understanding of patient and customer insights
• Customer driven mindset with market and product life cycle understanding
• Can do-attitude; great team mate, and a creative problem solver
• Inquisitive, with entrepreneur spirit and strong change management skills
• Agile communicator in both Spanish and English
