Job Description

CTNM will coordinate and implement a strategic business for CAR-T therapy centres including key stakeholders management within the centres.
Educate key hospital administration, clinicians, and relevant allied health staff on the value proposition of CAR-T therapy to gain formulary access at the hospitals/sites.
On-board and certify key staff within the account including HCPs, apheresis and cell labs, transplant coordinators, pharmacy, and non-clinical administrators.
Manage the day-to-day process within a site to ensure CAR-T therapy is delivered efficiently to patients once they are identified.
Maximization of referral rate from other centres is another important role. CTNM will establish referral chain between Kymriah centers and other centers and lead promotional events for that


• Responsible for developing account level strategy which may include account planning and tactical implementation for assigned CAR-T sites to create access, partnership opportunities to advance the business and pull through marketing initiatives
• Coordinate appropriate education of all key stakeholders in hospital and communicate the value of CAR-T therapy to the treatment team
• Build key business relationships within CART sites and with key influencers/decision-makers to ensure CAR–T therapy access for patients
• Lead portions of initial site training including product PI, logistics, communication plan and product ordering
• Work with hospital staff to ensure the CAR-T therapy process is as effective and efficient as possible
• Deliver key medical value of CAR-T treatment to key stake holders in other centers
• Develop and establish effective referral chain nation-wide
• Work collaboratively with key Novartis stakeholders, inclusive of C&G medical team, Cell Therapy Operation Manager, Customer Service Center, and Haematology team
• Project management for patient access and refer

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical experience and 3 years of total experience in one or a combination of the following areas: Hospital Sales, Key Account Management, Marketing, and Sales management.
• Demonstrated record of success in Oncology or Hematology is preferred
• Proven ability to establish and cultivate key customer relationships
