Team Lead Supply Chain & Customer Service will provide direction, instructions and guidance to the team, ensuring that the team members are providing high quality customer service in line with the company’s values, policies, Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and other regulations.
Team Lead Supply Chain & Customer Service assist the supply chain & customer service team with day to day case load, taking lead on difficult cases. Where appropriate act as an escalation point with any questions for the supply chain & customer service team.

Some of the main responsibilities include:

Logistics
• Lead action plans to achieve supply performance target and drive for continuous improvement, managing supply KPI reporting and analysis and providing detail plans
• Represent the point of contact for follow-up on time delivery dates & escalating changes related to supply
• Ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained and orders are placed with internal and external suppliers
• Manage day-to-day relationship with 3rd Party Logistics companies
• Manage the shipments ensuring that product is shipped on time comply to DGR and IATA rules
• Own and manage the planning parameters in a planning system
• Create supply plans at site level which incorporate production plan and logistic plan
• Represent the point of contact for follow-up on time delivery dates & escalating changes related to supply
• Optimize local planning processes
• Enables high “Service-to-Patient” ensuring up to date information with customers regarding delivery promises and inventory levels

Customer care
• Maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service contributing to excellent company reputation
• Ensure delivery of high-quality customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires

Compliance
• Making sure all logistics operations comply to DGR and IATA standards

Mentorship
• Be a mentor to colleagues in the supply chain & customer service department
• Responsible for the training period of new associates in the supply chain & customer service department

Minimum Requirements

Education: High school graduation or Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related training

Experience:
8+ years of experience in high demand logistics
Leadership skills along with flexibility, initiative and resilience to the pressure of balancing workload and time scales
People skills and team working
Knowledge of the team members strengths, areas of development and motivations that will drive the department forward
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
High attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills
Open and clear collaboration and communication to make sure the daily operation runs smoothly
Exploitation of new technology and techniques to eliminate non-value adding activities and improve productivity / performance through new processes
Shows the appropriate sense of urgency around given tasks

Language: Dutch & English fluently, verbally and in writing
