The Digital Delivery Centre (DDC) forms the centre of excellence for the creative production, digital development, and delivery of Multi-channel assets, Website and SharePoint solutions, cutting across the portfolio of deliverables that Creative and Digital group offers.
Your key responsibilities:
• Lead the team of DDC Project and Production Managers, that runs production of digital platforms like SharePoint, Drupal, Veeva- RTE/LPs, Creative Production (CP) etc. crafted for marketing of Novartis Brands.
• Work closely with the Group Lead (Creative & Digital in Hyderabad) in strategic expansion of service portfolio and DDC footprint in Hyderabad and Mexico.
• Leading day-to-day operations and find opportunities to scale-up production, improve processes and enhance quality of output for DDC across C&D portfolio service lines, in timely completion of assigned projects, assigned financial targets, overall quality of web deliverables, customer satisfaction and net promoter score goals.
• Delivery and service: Be the service delivery partner concern for Brands (Internal customers), Customer Liaison team, Creative development team and other stakeholders for all issues related to Web/Channels/CP Projects; ensure effective and efficient resolutions for the same with regular updates focusing on Projects, DDC accomplishments, important metrics, Best practices, Quality audits, and other Strategic updates.
• Work directly with Customer Liaison Head for service expansion opportunities into new markets or service lines. Collaborate and drive project governance and relationship building with Novartis IT Teams to ensure seamless execution of projects end-to-end.
• Process & Innovation: Identify and resolve recurring operational, process, system, and quality issues; make recommendations to remove / minimize them, and lead all aspects of implementation of agreed solutions. Propose and implement LEAN methods or Technology solutions that would help reduce effort, improve turn-around-time, and enhance output quality.
• Define key performance Indicators (KPIs), service-level dashboards, trackers for budget, cost, SLA / Hours spent to provide insights on PM performance, and take proactive or preventive actions to improve the numbers by ambitious status quo.
• Leadership, Team Management & Communication: Uphold and demonstrate the principles, values and behaviours of Novartis. Provide regular feedback to direct reports in order to help them improve their performance. Help build effective personal development plans for individual team members and support their skill improvement growth through mentoring and training, implement succession planning, and coach associates for assuming higher responsibilities while maintaining an un-bossed culture.

Minimum Requirements

• B.A in related fields + MBA as desired.
• 10+ years of shown experience with significant management expertise and record of accomplishment of operational excellence leading diverse global teams.
• 5 years’ direct line management and team leadership experience with excellent people management skills, and demonstrated positive leadership.
• At least 3 years’ experience in customer management, and demonstrated outspoken communication with strong collaboration attitude (within a multinational set up is preferred).
• 2 years’ exposure to either directly managing or supporting as a key contributor for Projects that were critical for business / process.
