Your key responsibilities:

• Coordinate Data Center Changes in accordance with the Global Procedures

• Participate in Change Forum(s). Chair Technical Review Board (TRB) as a deputy when needed.

• Work in close collaboration with Data Center Operations Team and Service line Subject Matter Experts (SME)

• Ensure all RFCs progress through activity lifecycle in accordance with approved Service Level Agreements (“SLAs’) and agreed lead-times

• Review and assess RFCs for quality and accuracy to the Change Process

• Ensure planned Changes are tested (where a test environment is available) before the RFC is implemented into Production

• Review the Change Schedule and providing information to help identify conflicts or resource issues

• Prepare, participate and/or Chairing in CAB meetings including the identification of stakeholders for attendance at the meeting

• Formally communicate decisions of Change authorities to the stakeholders

• Work with Change Implementer to overcome deviations in Implementation Performing Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) and carrying out required actions

• Identify and escalate unauthorized RFCs

• Review the Projected Service Outage (deviations from the SLAs) and provide feedback on the impact of expected outages

• Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Change Management scope.

• Manage demand and capacity (Datacenters, floor space, racks) for Datacenters in scope.

Minimum Requirements

•6+ years of IT experience, preferred experience in Data Center and change management.
•University working and thinking level, degree in computer science or comparable education / experience
•More than 2 years of experience and excellent professional skills in the area of Change, Incident & Problem Mgmt
•ITIL v3 and Servicenow experience and certification desirable
•Proven experience in large Enterprise environments
•Knowledge about Data Center Facility and IT Hardware Technologies. Experienced in ITIL v3 processes
•English language proficiency advanced
