You will support the development of P&O processes, principles, and guidelines for a small client group, as well as coordinate data analysis and evaluation, in support of the implementation and/or maintenance of processes / service.

As a Payroll Expert, you will support the development of P&O processes, principles, and guidelines for a small client group, as well as coordinate data analysis and evaluation, in support of the implementation and/or maintenance of processes / services / continuous improvement in scope.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide support and specific advice in the implementation of processes and standards for all P&O Services aspects (e.g. services, processes, continuous improvement) and provide assistance on problems and requests to customers/users through advising and training.
• Support the identification and planning of services P&O Services will provide.
• Handle standard service requests, answer questions, resolve problems if possible or support problem resolution by close collaboration with next level support and/or professionals.
• Support periodic cost and efficiency analyses to support productivity objectives -Support personnel cost budgeting process and control.
• Responsible for the country payroll processes and ensure the accuracy and timeliness to ensure that SLAs are consistently met and high customer satisfaction.
• Lead and support for the transition period of project implementation (eg. payroll vendor change, payroll migration project, etc).
• Lead projects in scope for Payroll Team to standardize across the countries. Ensure compliance in line with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines and other relevant legislation.

Minimum Requirements

Job Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/other related field is preferred.
• More than 5 years of payroll experience.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in SAP/Workday system and process expertise in a given process scope.
• Keen into details and analytical is preferred.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in English & Mandarin language as this role will require constant communication and dealings with our business users, partners and counterparts in assigned region.
