Your Responsibilities:

This is a key role in the Digital Engagement team, which sits within the broader Data and Digital Transformation Unit.

You will combine strategic thinking with an operational and delivery mindset to create and deliver an ambitious roadmap for our digital platforms to engage both healthcare professionals and patients. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities are at the core of this role, combined with a technical knowledge of web-based CMS platforms (Drupal or similar CMS experience desired). Working with customer data and digital experience delivery will also be a central pillar of your role.

Make an impact with your platform knowledge, content and lifecycle management, tracking and insights. You will work closely with the Digital Engagement team to drive traffic, deliver impactful customer experiences, and uncover customer insights that inform sales and marketing franchises.

Your responsibilities include:

• Overall responsibility for the Customer Experience, content and features of the Healthcare Professional and Patient portals
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with Franchise strategies
• Design features and create user stories and epics to ensure development team and Global product owner has all the information required to integrate request in next available sprint
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Regularly monitor Portal performance (according to portal strategy and target audience), compliance and any opportunities for improvement/optimisation;
• Be the liaison between end-user, franchises, IT and other internal stakeholders (Commercial excellence, compliance, QA, corporate communications) and the Global development team;
• Assist franchises and agencies in developing and optimising content and be the SME for each portal
• Define Analytics strategy and ensure proper tagging is in place.
• Be the Australian voice and presence with the Global development team, ensuring country priorities and needs are taken into consideration on the product roadmap;

• A demonstrated expertise in the specified channels / capabilities priority, such as Web platforms, Identity and access management, CMS, DAM, and Tagging strategy over several years,
• A deep understanding and knowledge of user journey optimisation, user experience modelling,
• Practical experience with setting up the foundational IT elements required to operationalise a global or regional digital capability,
• Experience with tools and solutions such as Adobe Experience Manager, Janrain, Drupal, Serverless technology, Javascript framework,
• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills,
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence,
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment,
• Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office,
Other domain / business skills
• Knowledge of digital campaign planning measurement and optimisation
• Pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience desirable
