Your Key responsibilities:

• The Business Partner (BP) plays an important role in finding opportunities and driving the adoption of CONEXTS solutions by selected Novartis client groups. Is accountable and responsible for the client relationship management and satisfaction, managing large engagements and their governance.

• The BP works hands-in-hands with the Lead Business Partners in the design and formulation of the account strategy and tactical plans; and develop them for assigned account(s) or sub account(s) as well as with Practices and Service Development to drive value creation at an enterprise level. Also act as BP team’s representative in BP Operations.

• The BP supports service delivery efficiency and readiness by ensuring client and stakeholder alignment, acting as “Single Point of Contact” to key accounts, and is the representative of the clients within CONEXTS and vice versa. SPOC for every operational aspect with SLA management and other financial processes ably supported by Business Operations.

• Establish consultative business partnering relationship with assigned clients. Develop and own client relationships on behalf of CONEXTS across all CONEXTS Practice areas (Commercial, Scientific, Operations, and Novartis Knowledge Center). Promote a culture of partnership and innovation by supervising trends and changes within clients businesses, anticipating future needs and supporting CONEXTS Practices in evolving their services offering, to ensure CONEXTS is contributing at the Enterprise level

• Represent CONEXTS in client decision making boards and appropriate CTS forums. Represent the views of the accounts in terms of regional / local interests, requirements, priorities, and business objectives. Support the prioritisation / shaping of business needs to ensure services / solutions proposed and delivered meet client expectations

• Own all operational aspects of the engagement framework; stakeholder mapping and engagement, demand pipeline management including forecasting and budgeting, communication, governance, and change tracking for assigned clients. Lead medium scale programs; track key objectives and enable effective risk identification and mitigation plans.

• Facilitate the interface between accounts and CONEXTS service delivery teams (on-site, centralized, and off-shore teams) to ensure accurate implementation of agreed services or solutions and share responsibility over the end-to-end delivery experience. Partner with other domains within CTS in various X-domain initiatives, programs and engagements.

• Is accountable for the Proposals communication, definition and collection of all the elements vital for the creation and maintenance of SLAs. Ensure effective delivery of practice services. As the client SPoC, address customer concerns and other challenges in support of excellence in service delivery

Minimum Requirements

• University degree and MBA or professional qualification in related field.
• Proficient spoken and written English
• 7+ years of proven experience in the Pharma, Life Science industry and preferably in a function or role closely related to the clients’ field of activities
• Demonstrated experience in remote relationships (on-shore/off-shore capacity delivery). Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Strong service delivery skills withing transnational Pharmaceutical companies.
• Ability to analyze client or procurement data
• Basics of program management and risk monitoring, Budget/Revenue Management
