Your key responsibilities:

•Lead the Global / Region / Cluster of cross-divisional People Partner teams delivering a consistent end-to-end People & Organization experience, focusing on the moments that matter for leaders, managers and associates. Develop a cohesive P&O agenda that is in line with overall Business strategy and drive, with Business Partners, its implementation across assigned region / unit / country.

•To establish harmonized People Partner processes and ways of working globally / regionally to provide a P&O experience that meets both customer (leaders, managers and associates) and stakeholder expectations (Country P&O Board, Business Partners and COEs) now and in the future.

•Provide counsel and strategic recommendations on the design and implementation of P&O services. Lead the efficient implementation of P&O processes and programs across the region (i.e. Recruitment/ Selection, Rewards, Learning, Performance Management, Talent Management, Organization Development, Engagement)

•Accountable for credible P&O People Partnering to leaders, managers and associates, offering advice and guidance on the moments that matter. Accountable for the execution of local implementation of large-scale organizational and day-to-day organizational structure changes, in line with country regulations/ policies. Accountable for the overall performance of the PP Teams to ensure successful partnering to all Novartis divisions across a large country, cluster or region.

•Provide change management support to transformation and restructuring efforts.

•Manage the development of strategic and tactical workforce planning, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

•Drive personnel cost planning, initiating periodic cost and productivity analyses. Manage the preparation and finalization of P&O investments plans and budgets.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum requirements:

•Solid experience as senior leader in HR function, leading multicultural HR teams.

•Regional scope.

•Critical negotiations, inspirational leadership, solid stakeholder management, change management, customer centricity and innovation thinking.

•Knowledge about leadership development, organization diagnostics, organization change, total rewards, planning & management employee relations, policies and best practices.
