The Head of TT Transformation, is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Sandoz leadership in market/cluster, as well as partnering with the Sandoz Digital International Lead, to capture, prioritize and organize the delivery of technical solutions, across Customer Engagement, Commercial Operations, Portfolio & Pipeline, Data and Analytics, and Supply Chain functions. As a member of the Sandoz TT Leadership Team, this role will represent the voice of the market in the development of TT strategy, objectives, and operating models.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable to understand the global digital strategy – working with teams in market to ensure that the unique needs of markets/clusters are understood and represented in the evolution of the business and technology strategies.
• Identifying, prioritizing and introducing market demand to the functional portfolio leads is a key component of ensuring TT meets the local as well as global needs of the Sandoz organization.
• Working closely with peers, this role will maintain the portfolio, prioritize investments, and bring solutions to market successfully while maintaining position as trusted advisor to country leadership.
• Lead development of the organization's overall IT strategy to support the business strategy. Oversee implementation of the IT strategy-and all IT governance and innovation efforts and advise IT unit leaders on strategy and innovation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain the Novartis IT Strategy and NBS IT Strategic 5 Year Plan.
• Influence business strategic themes with IT insights proactively scan and analyze the impact of new trends.
• Develop and operate an effective decision making (governance) environment in NBS IT.
• Drive development of and maximize return on IT’s portfolio of information and technology innovation initiatives – disruptive and incremental opportunities. Successfully deliver select innovation and/or strategic change projects

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Bachelor of Postgraduate degree preferably in IT or any related field.
• Broad technical background, excellent interpersonal skills, and an eye for organization and efficiency is critical to success.
