We strive to make an impact on human health while making development and growth for our scientists a priority.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled biomedical engineer or cell therapy scientist to join the Cell and Gene Therapy group within NIBR Exploratory Immuno-Oncology and contribute to developing novel CAR-T cell therapies. You’ll become a key contributor in a dynamic, multidisciplinary discovery team interrogating novel cell and gene therapy platforms and will generate data that increases our understanding of emerging CAR-T cell therapies and brings them into clinical trial. This position will be ideal for those candidates wishing to combine their interest in immuno-biology of cancer, with their strong desire to innovate and discover novel therapeutic approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the design and discovery of novel processes, reagents, and modalities to improve cell therapy product manufacturing and performance
• Conduct detailed in vitro characterization of cell therapy products using protein and gene expression analysis
• Design and execute experiments independently; accurately record, analyze, and communicate data to senior staff and team members
• Work with internal and external partners to test, optimize and advance new cellular therapies into early development and Phase 1 clinical trials
