The incumbent will collaborate cross functionally across the business (local and global) with peers and leaders including; Market Access, Marketing, Medical in order to strategize and execute on market access initiatives to demonstrate value to Canadian payers

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Support the development of new product submissions to Health Technology Assessment bodies, Provincial Drug Programs and Private insurers

Maintains in-depth knowledge of provincial and private drug programs to support market access strategies to obtain formulary access for AAA Canada products.

Collaborates cross functionally to assess pricing of AAA Canada products while considering factors that include clinical evidence, market influences, and PMPRB

Assist in the development of Product Listing Agreements (PLAs) negotiation strategies in with Market Access, Pricing and in collaboration with Finance.

Collaborates on strategic brand planning for new and existing products and provides input into broader marketing plan including development of critical success factors and execution of required tactical plans.

In collaboration with the broader Market Access team, develops and executes plans to support reimbursement in alignment with local, global medical and marketing goals.

Minimum Requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

Bachelor’s degree - Business / Health Economics, Epidemiology, Public Health Policy, or equivalent. Masters/MBA Preferred

English and French is an asset

2-5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience (Market Access, Pricing, Sales, Brand Marketing, etc.) AND · 2+ years of market access experience within the Oncology / Specialty Pharma / Biotech sector.
