Senior Consultant - Transition Manager, Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic

1! Service Development team supporting Novartis CONEXTS organization. Novartis continues to evolve CONEXTS into the 04th generation service center and this position will work closely with our internal customers on building integrated solutions which will support their business.

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Manage the in-bound and/out-bound transition activities on all strategic programs. Establish and manage relationships with customer business and project stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed transition planning in accordance with defined service go-live commitments. Manage expectations across key internal and external stakeholders of the project.
• Initiate and mobilize the transition project teams across service delivery, operations and enabling functions (e.g. HR)
• Ensure Transition deliverables are prepared in accordance with the GATE methodology, with high level of quality, timeliness and within budget.
• Manage and motivate the transition team for desired levels of performance and deliverable quality. Identify, evaluate and manage risks through the transition lifecycle to avoid impact to timelines and costs.
• Report transition progress at defined intervals to Management teams ( Client and Internal ) for effective governance and timely issue resolution

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Degree in business, finance /economics or science and Proficiency in English. Knowledge of German or French is highly preferred
• Experience with Change management, Project management, Facilitation /Coaching. In addition to, experience (5+ years) in running multi-functional Transitions, Migrations & change Management with key partners
• Experience in working on global projects and ability to ensure service focus across a complex people intensive and functionally-dispersed organization
• Strong communication, people management, partners management and leadership skills
• Good understanding of Pharma business and financial issues, including its regulatory environment (life sciences Business Process Outsourcing experience preferred)

Desirable requirements:
• Preferred to have understanding of Pharma business and financial issues, including its regulatory environment (life sciences Business Process Outsourcing experience preferred)
• Strong ability to build and balance client relationships, and good standout colleague who is dynamic and result oriented


You’ll receive:
