Position Purpose:
To handle and coordinate all administrative general P&O processes. To provide task-specific services to P&O Managers, involving P&O expertise so that specific tasks can be undertaken independently and lower level problems resolved without referral.

Major Accountabilities
• Assist P&O Business Partners in maintaining various P&O processes (i.e: performance management, recruitment & selection, induction for new hires, talent management, OTR, succession planning) for a predefined population in close cooperation with the respective process expert(s).
• Handle and coordinate administrative tasks to support the implementation of various P&O programs and initiatives.
• Perform administrative tasks to facilitate the delivery and presentation of key data to supervisors.
• Support P&O BPs in informing Line Managers on all matters related to coaching, mentoring and personal development within their teams.
• Provide assistance to P&O projects at country or BU level.
• On Boarding project: implement and support the new welcoming strategy focused on employee experience- employer branding strategy
• Support our external facing efforts by generating contacts and proposals with relevant Universities & expanding our presence in events & forums
• Point of contact for Novartis Learning Institute (NOLI)
• Responsible for HRIS updates (JDB, hirings, off boarding, title & GJFA changes, among others)
• Support logistics of events, forums, webinars, surveys, reports and presentations needed by the P&O team
• Point of contact for all Communications initiatives (internal & external)
• Responsible for Spark (recognition platform)
• Customize content, translations, ad hoc creation/tropicalization of trainings

Minimum Requirements

• English
• +1 years experience in HR field
• Higher education, such as a University degree in Social Sciences and/or relevant business education (e.g. business administration, Human Resources, psychology).
