Your key responsibilities:
• Recognized as an SME with deep industry expertise in the area of quality, including but not limited to IT capabilities supporting batch release, labeling and leukapheresis requirements for personalized CAR-T therapies.
• Identify areas of product (all IT orchestration platform applications: front-end portal, SAP Cloud Platform, S4 HANA and SAP ECC) improvement to support quality processes, including leukapheresis, batch disposition and labeling, and ensuring best use of system by working closely with super users and business process owners for respective capabilities.
• Liaise with business process owners to develop a good understanding of opportunities for innovation.
• Manages requirements (including backlog) for any quality, labeling, and leukapheresis related capabilities, prioritizes and assigns requirements to releases in alignment with business stakeholders.
• Contributes to & collaborates on overall product integrity by enabling integration with other IT products.
• Liaises with training team for creation of system training materials for the IT orchestration platform in the area of quality, labeling, and leukapheresis related enabling capabilities.
• Support releases of the Novartis orchestration platform (CellChain) in coordinating PQ testing, assessing change impacts and support user training material creation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements (including records management).

Minimum Requirements

What you will bring to the role:
• Formal education in a relevant Science or Engineering field discipline, Quality, Supply Chain, and/or IT.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience successfully working in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years of experience working in a function with QA, labelling or Leukapheresis operations focus or equivalent working experience in related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with GxP Validated systems.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to collaborate and communicate to stakeholders.
• Strong technical knowledge and special expertise in cell therapy is a plus.

For this position the minimum salary in Austria is 63388.92€ /year (on a full-time basis).
