Job Description

In this role, you are responsible for the development of the "supply plan", the tactical horizon (4 to 36 months).
(4 to 36 months), which ensures an appropriate balance between supply and demand in line with the expected service level and the inventory target at the next point in the supply chain in theESO/SRT area.
Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Responsible for the Demand and Supply Review Cycle within the Supply Relationship Team (SRT).
• Establish a demand-driven supply plan for the entire product portfolio in collaboration with the relevant functions in the SRT for the tactical horizon of 4 to 24 months.
• Optimization of planning parameters such as Lead Times, MOQ, product segmentation as well as order frequency for increased efficiency.
• Implement innovative planning models in collaboration with global teams to support ESO & CMO efficiency improvements.
• Support strategic projects (LTP) as well as budget process.
• Responsible for inventory monitoring to achieve defined objectives.
• Responsible for the entire KPI reporting as well as corresponding analysis in the respective SRT.
• Establish an S&OP cycle with the respective CMOs and support the creation and analysis of S&OP relevant KPIs.
• Responsible for the overall demand review and provision of demand information on the S&OP Cycle with ComOPs and global interfaces.
• Proactively develops plans to reduce stock outs in coordination with ESO suppliers and internal stakeholders, taking into account the actual situation and stock out projection for the next 6 months.
• Supports SRT projects to improve delivery performance and relevant KPI's.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
Successfully completed studies at a university of applied sciences in the fields of supply chain management, logistics, business administration or comparable training
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the areas of supply chain management, planning, logistics.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken
• High degree of ability to work in a team as well as high quality orientation
• Strong communication skills and convincing appearance
• Ability to work independently and in a structured and careful manner
