Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Drive the development of strategic plans and supporting roadmaps for the Innovative Medicine Technology Transformation (TT) function across multiple disciplines on a global level with a clear initial focus on the top markets.
• Partner and collaborate with team members to develop and prioritize the Innovative Medicine TT portfolio and ensure alignment with business strategies and domain-specific roadmaps on an annual and ongoing basis.
• Working across the Commercial SBP function identify key strategic initiatives and establish a mechanism to ensure ongoing knowledge and awareness of program status and direction while also helping to establish an approach for facilitating quarterly business reviews within TT and with our Commercial leaders.
• Drive ways to continue the evolution and positive impact of our TT operating model as well as the SBP role at a strategic and tactical level within our Commercial TT team, thereby identifying TT op model and program best practices, areas of improvement, growth and development.
• Support the Global Head of Innovative Medicines globally and the team in day to day management.
• Partner across the Strategic Planning and Business Operations peer set in TT to identify standardization opportunities, capture best practices and support ongoing advancement of the SBP practice in TT.
• Manage the execution of key operational processes for the Function such as: financial reporting and budgeting planning, hiring and location strategy, people development and upskilling, training, and communications, etc. to ensure smooth running of the business and achievement of operational targets
• Supervise the Function's overall performance (services, quality, and financials) and proactively identify opportunities to increase service levels and mitigate any functional level risks or issues.
• Establish and run ways to collaborate closely with external research and advisory companies and other relevant entities to uncover, analyze and prioritize industry, technology and market trends, thereby surfacing new ideas and opportunities for strategic consideration.
• Create a cohesive TT Innovative Medicine Communication strategy and plan with internal and external levers aimed at enhancing our visibility, awareness and engagement.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Bachelor’s degree in related areas such as Information technology or Life Sciences related discipline, advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience IT Program Management and Business Engagement
• People management or people program management experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Functional breadth leading large and/or diverse multi-functional teams
• Geographic scope
• Change implementation planning & management
• IT Relationship Management
• Coaching for performance & development.
• Knowledge of project management models and techniques
• Program Finance Management
Product management experience as well as agile development experience
Experience developing IT strategies and product roadmaps as well as establishing governing bodies
